Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Gear@burnoutbiker.com, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can also leave us a voicemail at 817-760-0106 and we will return your call at our earliest convenience.

Refunds and Returns

If you feel that the item you received does not meet the description as listed in the seller link, please reach out to us via email at Gear@burnoutbiker.com or leave us a voicemail at 817-760-0106, so that we can assess the situation and get it resolved as quickly as possible! We are happy to return or exchange your item within 30 days of the delivery date, with original shipment receipt. Bunrout Biker Gear reserves the right to refuse or deny a return based on the condition of the item. Please contact us in reference to your return or exchange. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Return shipping cost will be funded by Burnout Biker Gear. Bunrnout Biker  will ship your replacement item to you, at no additional cost, once original item is received and deemed eligible. Gift cards or Store Credit may also be issued, when deemed applicable. Seller reserves the right to make the final determination of a return or exchange.
